Sports Duel is a free browser trivia game. There are no accounts and we don't ask for your email, real name or payment details. Here's everything we do store.
On your device
We save a random, anonymous device ID and your game progress (like your daily streak, today's Daily Challenge and your display name) in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
On our server
- Game results: your display name, scores and answers, so leaderboards, challenges and rivals work.
- Anonymous play stats: page visits, games started and finished, your rough device type (phone or computer), and how you arrived (a source tag like
?src=in the link, or the site that sent you). These are counted against the anonymous device ID, not against you.
We don't use these stats to identify you, and we never sell your data.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) handles standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Ads
We don't show ads right now. We may in future (for example Google AdSense). Ad providers may use cookies or similar technology to show and measure ads, and in some places you'll be asked for consent first. We'll update this page when that happens.
Other sites
If you play Sports Duel on another site, such as itch.io, Game Jolt or CrazyGames, that site's own privacy policy covers what it collects.
Children
The game isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Your choices
You can clear your browser storage at any time. To ask about your data or have your scores removed, email us and include your display name.
